The 2 newest phases of Woodlands Edge are currently under construction. Block 32, Stoney Ridge, is on 61.24 acres with 63 lots. Block 33, Chanterelle Bend is a gated area on 25.37 acres and has 55 lots. These newest phases will continue with the low impact design of the previous phases of Woodlands Edge.
