Cypress Bend at White Oak Crossing is a new residential development off the new Maumelle, AR, Interchange.  First phase has 61 lots and completed in May 2022.  The development consists of a pocket park through the middle of the development which will have a playground, grilling areas, pavilion, fire pit and large open park area.
