Stonebrook is a new housing development just outside the city limits of Maumelle. The community has ponds, walking & hiking trails, and playgrounds. The first phase consists of 66 Lots and home construction is underway. Second phase construction has started.  The developer is Hines Homes which has done many homes in Central Arkansas.
